Books I Bought // June

Now that exams are finally over, I'm able to dedicate more time to reading.

Which means I should buy some more books, right?

Here are the books that I bought in June

The Maze Runner by James Dashner

There's a bit of a story behind this one. I recently watched Teen Wolf  (I love that show!), one of my favourite characters in that show has to be Stiles, who is played by Dylan O'Brien.

Then I found out that Dylan was also in The Maze Runner film, which I really want to watch.

However, I prefer reading the books before watching the films, so that's why I bought this book...

Carry On by Rainbow Rowell

This book stood out with it's brightly coloured cover when I was shopping for new books.

I know you're not supposed to judge a book by it's cover but, surely the cover reflects how good the book is?

And I love the cover of this book, so hopefully the story is just as great!

Shopaholic to the Rescue by Sophie Kinsella

I really liked the look of this book, it looks like the perfect Summer read.

Little did I know that it was one of the latest books in the Shopaholic series!

Luckily I already own the first book in that series, which I can't wait to read.

Looking-Glass Girl by Cathy Cassidy

I've not read many of Cathy Cassidy's books, but this book looks really good!

It looks like it might be loosely based on Alice Through The Looking Glass.

Have you seen that film? I recently watched it and thought it was great!

Finding Audrey by Sophie Kinsella

Yes, another Sophie Kinsella book!

I've seen this book everywhere, so I had to buy it!

And once again, I love this book's cover...

The Versions Of Us by Laura Barnett

I really love the look of this book, mainly because it's set in the 1950's.

I've never read any books by this author before so I'm looking forward to seeing what this book is like!

I love finding new authors.

And lastly,

All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven

Wherever I go, I see this book. It's all over the internet, in every book shop, in the magazines.

Which must mean that it's a pretty amazing book!

It's even been compared to The Fault in Our Stars (one of my favourite books) so I am very excited to read this book!

~

I'm planning on writing reviews on all of these books when I've read them.

Which one should I read first?

Speak soon,
