July TBR

Hello everyone!

This is my first TBR post!

TBR stands for 'to be read' and this post is about the books that I'm planning on reading this month.

I've chosen three books, here they are:

'Theodore Finch wants to take his own life.

Violet Markey is devastated by her sister's death.'

All the Bright Places is a Young Adult Contemporary story.

This story focuses on two young people, Theodore and Violet.

They are experiencing difficult times in their lives.

It's only when they meet that their lives seem worth living.

I'm really looking forward to reading this book, I've heard some great things about it.

'Audrey can't leave the house.

She can't even take off her dark glasses inside the house'

Finding Audrey is another Young Adult Contemporary.

This book is about a teenage girl called Audrey that suffers with an anxiety disorder.

She is slowly getting better with professional help, but when she meets Linus she feels free again.

Once again, I've heard great things about this book!

'If people were rain, I was drizzle and she was a hurricane.'

Looking for Alaska is yet again, another Young Adult Contemporary. (Oops!)

This story follows Miles Halter, who has always lived a quiet life, but that changes when Alaska Young comes along.

I've read one of John Green's books before, which was The Fault in our Stars.

I loved that book, so I'm hoping Looking for Alaska is just as good!

So there are the books that I'm hoping to read this month!

I didn't realise until I was writing this post that I actually chose three books that are in the same genre... I'll try and not do that next month!
