Chicken Read-Along TBR

Hey everyone!

If you follow me on Twitter, you may know that my friend Lys from The Mad Reader is hosting an October challenge and read-along called the Chicken Challenge! And I'm going to join in! If you'd like to join, click here to find the blog post explaining what the Chicken Challenge is.

Hopefully I'll read all of these books this month! Here are the books:

Read a book with orange on the cover

This is a book that I've wanted to read for a while now, I've heard a lot of great things about it some I looking forward to seeing what it's like! And the film is supposed to be really good!

It also looks perfect for this time of the year, I love to read creepy and scary books when it gets colder outside and darker earlier.

Read a very popular spooky book

I've heard a lot of good things about this book and I've been wanting to read it for such a long time! It also looks pretty scary, so I probably won't read it before bed or I might end up with nightmares...

Read a book with a ghost in it

I'm actually quite scared to read this book, it looks really spooky! It's quite a short book though so hopefully it's not too bad! But if you don't hear from me for a while, it will probably be because I'm too scared to move after reading this...

Read a book you're scared to read for whatever reason (maybe you're intimidated or you're afraid to be disappointed, just read it!)

Now, I'm not actually scared to read this book, but I'm just a bit worried that it won't be as amazing as Cinder! I recently finished Cinder and I loved it. I'm currently reading Scarlet, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be as great as Cinder! So far, it's quite good!

Watch a scary movie

I've chosen Corpse Bride, which is a Tim Burton movie. I watch this film every year, I love it. Tim Burton's films are the best to watch at Halloween!
